IALS Global Law Library

The Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) which is attached to the University of London promotes, facilitates and disseminates the results of advanced study and research in the discipline of law, for the benefit of persons and institutions in the UK and abroad. Its role is to conduct research; to promote and facilitate, within London and nationally and internationally, research and scholarship at an advanced level across the whole field of law; to disseminate the results of such research and scholarship; and to provide to all those undertaking research in law a library facility with up to date technology, that is international in character and standing. Students and faculties are encouraged to visit IALS Global Law Library.

Free Law Online

This page links to databases and websites that provide legal information and materials (including laws, bills, court opinions, and related documents) and/or links to legal material. Most of these sites are freely available to all users with Internet access. Some sites are University of Washington Restricted , that is, available to University of Washington faculty, students, and staff and visitors to UW Libraries. This list does not include material that is available on Bloomberg Law, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.
