Nepali and non-Nepali nationals who wish to study and intends to apply for the integrated Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Law (BBM,LL.B) course should have passed 12th (10 + 2) intermediate degree or equivalent of at least two years duration in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate or GPA of 2 on the scale of 4.0 and minimum 'C' grade in each subjects from universities/boards recognized by Kathmandu University. Students who have appeared for their intermediate or equivalent finals and awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of the pass out certificate by the announced date.
Applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible during the admission cycle. Application forms will be available from the School during office hours. It could also be downloaded from this website. We would like to encourage interested students to submit applications by or before the posted deadline in order to receive consideration by the Admissions Committee. Applications may be accepted after the posted deadline and reviewed on a space available basis. Please note that foreign-educated students must submit their official transcripts to the Admission Committee for evaluation.
Student applying for the programme should pass Kathmandu University Law School Admission Test (KULSAT) conducted by Kathmandu University School of Law, KUSL in the current year.

The voucher of a non-refundable Rs 1500 deposited as application fee on the name of Kathmandu University in one of the following Banks must accompany the application. KUSL does not receive cash:

KUSL requires each applicant to write a personal statement (not more than two hundred words) in Nepali showing his/her motivation for studying the integrated BBM,LL.B degree and explaining his/her academic achievements. This will be done immediately after the KUSAT test. This personal statement will be used by KUSL during the interview session.
Applicants shall include a current resume detailing educational along with current or past community service or volunteer experience if any.
