40 years of professional experience since 1986. Carried out two dozens of studies project planning, project formulation, for various infrastructure projects for GoN ministries, NPC and donors – World Bank, ADB, USAID, DFID, KfW, WFP (UN), SDC, GIZ etc. Pioneered and piloted the Green Roads concept in Nepal. Co-foundedSIDeF in 1994 and continuing professional activities in development and infrastructure. Worked as a project director for two dozens of road projects including the Design and Supervision Consultant (DSC). Four dozens of papers published and presented in the proceedings of national and international conferences and seminars related to transport, infrastructure planning, environment, and other engineering sectors.
