BBM-LL.B
Bachelor of Business Management & Bachelor of Laws
You get a full professional law degree with sufficient knowledge of business management. The program has been designed to help students who want to practice law in government, corporate offices, or international groups with a commercial edge that regular law graduates lack.
BEc-LL.B
Bachelor of Economics & Bachelor of Laws
You get a full professional law degree with a strong side of economics. The program will help you understand how money and markets actually work. It is built for people who want to practice law with a major advantage in finance, corporate regulation, and government policy.          
Eligibility Criteria
Nepali and non-Nepali nationals who have completed 10+2, intermediate, or equivalent(minimum two-year program) in any discipline with:
  • Minimum 45% marks in aggregate, or
  • CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0
from universities/boards recognized by Kathmandu University.

Students who have appeared in the final exam of their qualifying degree and passed all previous exams may apply on a provisional basis, subject to passing the final exam.

Narayan Chaulagain

Visiting Faculty

Narayan Chaulagain is a distinguished legal professional with over two decades of experience in commercial law, legal and regulatory reform, and dispute resolution. He holds an LL.B. degree from Purbanchal University, where he was awarded a gold medal for academic excellence, and an LL.M. degree from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University.

He is the Managing Partner of Infinity and Partners Pvt. Ltd., a law firm engaged in commercial law practice, legal reform, and dispute resolution. Over the course of his career, Mr. Chaulagain has advised a wide range of national and international clients, including governmental and non-governmental institutions, on project financing, land acquisition, corporate compliance, due diligence, and law and policy reform.

He has substantial experience representing clients before courts and tribunals in matters involving contractual disputes, corporate issues, and intellectual property rights. Alongside his professional practice, Mr. Chaulagain is also actively involved in legal education and teaches Advanced Contract Law to LL.M. students.
